We pack and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way home. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday go out the next business day.

Yes. US orders over $35 ship free, and every order is tracked. Under $35, a small flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay, with no surprises added at the end.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund. For squishies and anything that goes in or near the mouth, we can only accept returns if they're unopened and unused: a small hygiene thing we keep for everyone's comfort. If a toy arrives faulty or damaged, that's on us: email a photo and we'll make it right.

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we process the refund within 2-3 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear. We'll email you when it's done.

Every review marked “Verified Buyer” is tied to a real, confirmed order of that product. We invite all buyers to review, and we never pay for reviews or reward positive ones; we publish every genuine review, positive or critical. Our star ratings are calculated automatically from those reviews; we never hand-pick the average. If a reviewer received a product for free, it's clearly disclosed on their review.

Most of our fidgets are made from TPR, soft PU foam, or food-grade silicone, depending on the toy. They're BPA-free and phthalate-free, and our toys are tested to the EN71 toy-safety standard. Each product page lists its exact materials. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, check the materials note or just ask us.

It depends on the toy. Some fidgets contain small parts and aren't suitable for children under 3 due to a choking risk; that age guidance is printed on the packaging and listed on each product page. We'd rather be clear than vague, so please read the age note before buying for a little one, and supervise young children at play.

For most toys, a wipe with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then air-dry fully, keeps things fresh. Skip soaking, harsh chemicals, and the dishwasher unless a product page says otherwise. Silicone items are generally the most washable; foam and TPR prefer a gentle wipe. Keeping toys out of direct sunlight and away from heat helps them last longer.

We accept major credit and debit cards, plus the common digital wallets, all handled securely through Stripe at checkout. Your full card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

We ship quickly, so there's a short window. Email us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to update or cancel before it leaves us. If it's already shipped, no worries: you can use our 30-day return option once it arrives.

Yes. Payments run through Stripe over an encrypted connection, and we don't see or keep your card number. If anything about your order ever looks off, reach out and we'll sort it with you.
