We like to get your toy to you calmly and reliably. No chaos, no guesswork.

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States. If you’re outside the US and would love one of our toys, send us a note. We’re always listening.

Free shipping over $35

Orders over $35 ship free, anywhere in the US. For orders under $35, a small flat shipping rate is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. The price you see is the price you pay. Nothing extra appears at the end.

Dispatch and delivery

• We pack and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.
• Every order is tracked. Once it’s on its way, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.
• Typical US delivery takes a few business days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Tracking will give you the clearest estimate.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.

If something goes sideways

Packages occasionally take a scenic route. If your tracking hasn’t moved in a while, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we’ll help sort it out. We’d rather you reach out early than worry quietly.

We don’t believe in pressure or panic shipping. We just want your toy to arrive safely, and for you to know where it is the whole way home.
