Short version: we collect only what we need to run the shop, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t do creepy tracking.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, shipping address, email, and what you bought. We need these to send you your toy and keep you updated.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe processes your card details securely; we never see or store your full card number on our servers.
• Basic, privacy-friendly analytics: we use lightweight, aggregate analytics to understand things like which pages are popular and whether the site is working. This doesn’t build an advertising profile of you, and it isn’t sold to anyone.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
• We don’t run invasive cross-site ad tracking.
• We don’t email you unless you’ve asked us to, or it’s about your order.

How we use your information

To process and ship your orders, answer your messages, handle returns, and keep the site running and secure. That’s it.

Who we share it with

Only the partners we genuinely need to fulfill your order, for example, Stripe for payments and our shipping carrier for delivery. They handle your information to do their part of the job, nothing more.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where we’re able. Email us and we’ll help. If you’ve opted into emails, every one has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to make the site and checkout work, plus the lightweight analytics mentioned above. We don’t use them to follow you around the internet.
