Returns

If a toy isn’t the right fit, that’s okay. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

What we can accept

  • Unused items in their original packaging, returned within 30 days.
  • Faulty or damaged items, always, no matter what. Just send us a photo and we’ll make it right.

A gentle note on hygiene

Squishies, chewable fidgets, and anything that goes in or near the mouth can only be returned if they’re unopened and unused. This isn’t about red tape. It’s a small thing we keep so every toy that reaches someone is fresh and safe. We hope that feels fair.

If you’ve opened a toy and it’s simply not for you, we still want to hear about it. Tell us what didn’t work, and we’ll do our best to help you land on something that fits.

How to start a return

  1. Email us with your order number and which item you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply within one business day with simple instructions.
  3. Send the item back to the address we provide.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we process your refund within 2-3 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear. We’ll email you when it’s done.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or just plain wrong, that’s on us, not you. Reach out with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund, whichever you’d prefer. You won’t be out of pocket for our mistake.
