Ordering

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll confirm by email once we accept and process it. Occasionally we may need to cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error slips through), and if we do, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change over time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method you provide.

We work hard to describe our toys, materials, and sensory experiences accurately and honestly. Colors and textures may vary slightly from screen to hand. Our toys are supportive sensory and fidget tools. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. For health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

Safety and proper use

Please follow the age guidance and safety notes on the packaging and product pages, including supervision for young children and small-parts warnings. Use each toy as intended.
