Mixed feelings. I genuinely love the idea and when it's on, spinning the band is soothing in exactly the way I wanted for restless meeting hands. Problem is the sizing — I have wide knuckles and even the assorted pack runs small on me, so only the largest barely fits and it's snug going over the knuckle. The other two I literally can't wear. So I paid for a 3-pack and use one ring. The silent spin is great, that part's not the issue. Just measure carefully and maybe size up, because for some of us one fitting out of three isn't really the deal it sounds like.
