Drift Jellyfish Glitter Squishy
Slow-melt calm for anxious moments and 2 a.m. overthinking
Squishies & Slow-Rising Toys
A plump, pleated dumpling squishy that squishes like fresh dough and rises back slow: the coziest little stress-melter on your desk.
Doughboy is a chubby little dumpling that feels exactly like pressing into warm, freshly-folded dough. Flatten the soft pleated body and watch it puff slowly back to its round shape over a few unhurried seconds. That gentle, repeating rise is the whole point, giving anxious hands a soothing ritual and your eyes a calm thing to follow. The matte, bakery-soft skin is kind to fingertips for long fidget sessions, and the sweet sleepy face makes it impossible not to smile at. And squishing the soft pleats quietly takes the edge off a hard afternoon. It's a low-stimulation sensory tool that's perfect for screen breaks, bedtime wind-downs, and that restless stretch between tasks. No noise, no mess, just slow, doughy comfort that's always ready for a squeeze.
Slow-rising polyurethane (PU) foam with a soft matte skin and non-toxic printed detailing. BPA- and phthalate-free.
Spot-clean with a barely-damp cloth and air dry fully; never soak foam squishies. Keep away from heat, oils and sharp edges to protect the skin. Not food-safe; keep away from mouths.

lovely little thing
Gave it to my grandson and it was a hit. Might order one for myself.
great little fidget
Keeps my hands busy at work without anyone noticing. Love it.
my new favorite
got the Matcha Bun and it’s even prettier in person. Couldn’t be happier.
my new favorite
so glad I bought it. Has become part of my wind-down.
Update after 3 months: still my favourite
Update: bought this back in winter and it's lived in my bag ever since. I'm a nail-biter trying to quit and having something to squish when I'd normally pick at my nails has genuinely helped on long days. The Classic Dumpling print on the face has faded a hair from all the handling but I honestly don't mind, it's earned it. Texture's held up, no splits, no smell. Already ordered the Matcha one.
so soft
This little slow-rise squishy has become part of my wind-down. Five stars from me.
does the job
My daughter is obsessed with this little squishy — hasn’t put it down.
almost perfect
really like this little squishy — it scratches the sensory itch just right. Only thing, there was a faint smell the first day that aired out. Still using it daily.
happy overall
Really like this squishy — it lives on my nightstand now. Only thing, it’s a bit smaller than I pictured. Still using it daily.
really good, one small thing
Really like this little squishy — it takes the edge off when I’m wound up. Only thing, it’s a bit smaller than I pictured. Still using it daily.
classroom calm corner hit
I teach third grade and put a couple of these in our calm-down corner. The kids fight over the dumpling one. Silent, so it doesn't disrupt the room, and it's held up to a semester of constant little hands surprisingly well. The bakery-soft skin wipes clean with a damp cloth. Buying a few more for next year.

as an SLP, the kids adore it
I'm an SLP and I keep a small bin of sensory tools for sessions. This one's become a favorite reward for my younger clients — silent, soft, and the sleepy face genuinely makes them smile, which loosens them up. The slow rise also gives a nice natural pause for turn-taking. Durable enough so far through plenty of small hands.

good, minor niggle
Really like this squishy — it takes the edge off when I’m wound up. Only thing, there was a faint smell the first day that aired out. Still using it daily.
does the job
Keep one at work and another at my desk. No notes, love it.
lovely but the face fades
Really cute and the slow rise is everything I wanted for those restless afternoon stretches. My one gripe after about two months of heavy use is that the printed face has gone a little faint — the cheeks especially. I baby it now. Still a sweet little thing and the doughy squish hasn't changed at all, just wish the print held up better to constant handling.
hooked
Got the Peach Bun and it’s even prettier in person. No notes, love it.

keep one on flights and another at school. Couldn’t be happier.
calm in the palm
At work this is exactly what my hands needed. Couldn’t be happier.
perfect little gift
Got this for a friend in grad school who's been stressed to the bone. She texted me a photo of it on her study desk an hour after it arrived with three crying-laughing faces. Cute, cheap enough to gift without thinking, and actually useful. Can't ask for more from a stocking-stuffer type thing. 🥟
my new favorite
Quiet, calming, perfect for during lectures. Exactly what I hoped for.
tiny but mighty cute
Smaller than I expected and somehow that made it more charming. My niece claimed it within a minute of opening the box.
better than expected
Quiet, calming, perfect for on flights. Couldn’t be happier.
rise is firmer than I hoped
The look is honestly perfect, no notes on the design — the doughy dumpling shape and that drowsy face are exactly my thing. My issue is the squish itself feels a touch firm and the rebound springs back a bit quicker than the 'slow melt' I wanted. I've got a couple of slower-rising squishies and this isn't as satisfying to sink into. Still a nice shelf piece, just not my go-to fidget.
great little fidget
My mum is obsessed with this squishy — hasn’t put it down.
great little fidget
Use it at work every day. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
feels exactly like pressing into dough
I genuinely don't know how they got the texture this right. Pushing a thumb into the pleated part feels like poking real bread dough, and the slow puff back is hypnotic. Got the Classic Dumpling. It's about palm-sized, light enough to forget it's in my jacket pocket. Use it on the train mostly. Five seconds-ish to fully rise and I'll do it the whole ride.

exactly as described
Better than I expected. Helps quiet my head before bed.
my new favorite
So soft and the slow rebound is genuinely satisfying. So glad I bought it.
swapped doomscrolling for squishing
11pm, brain doing laps, and instead of grabbing my phone I started reaching for this. Flatten, watch it rise, again. The slow few-second rebound is genuinely soothing and I fall asleep faster than I do scrolling. Got the Classic Dumpling, sits right on the nightstand. Didn't expect a squishy to actually change a habit but here we are.
love it
Honestly didn’t expect much for the price and it helps me feel a bit calmer.
almost perfect

the sleepy face gets me every time
Bought this for my sister who collects food squishies and ended up ordering a second one for myself before hers even shipped. The Peach Bun colorway is softer-looking in person than the photos, and that little drowsy face is ridiculous in the best way. Press it flat during a meeting and watch it puff back over a few seconds — weirdly the most calming part of my day. Matte skin doesn't feel sticky or cheap like the dollar-store ones.
mixed feelings
The squishy is genuinely nice, but mine arrived with a small crease that mostly settled. It’s fine, just landed in the middle for me.
exactly as described

lovely little thing
So soft and the slow rise is genuinely satisfying. Better than I expected.
gorgeous, wish it were bigger
Looks fantastic on my shelf next to the rest of my food squishies and the sleepy face is top tier. The thing is, 8cm is smaller than I pictured from the listing photos — it sort of disappears in a full-size adult hand. If they made a jumbo version I'd buy it in a heartbeat. As is, it's more cute than satisfying to squeeze for me.
so soft
My students asked me to order them their own. That says it all.
kept stealing my partner's so I got my own
She bought the Matcha Bun for her nightstand and I kept nicking it during wind-down, so peace was restored by buying a second. Soft matte feel, no weird rubbery smell after the first day or so. We both squish ours while reading before bed. Worth every cent of the thirteen-ish dollars.
lovely little thing
Worth it. Takes the edge off when I’m wound up.
hooked
Better than I expected. Gives my nervous energy somewhere to go.
cuter than expected, just small
Adorable little thing and the matte bakery skin feels great, kind to my fingertips even after a long fidget session. Only real surprise was the size — at around 8cm it's smaller than it looked online, more keychain-cute than the hand-filler I imagined. Once I adjusted my expectations I genuinely like it. The slow rise is calming during my night-shift breaks.
so soft
No notes, love it. Takes the edge off when I’m wound up.

my anxious hands finally have a job
Therapy homework was basically find a fidget that doesn't make noise and won't get me side-eyed in public. This is it. The repeating slow rise gives me something steady to focus on when my chest gets tight, and it takes the edge off enough to reset. Not a fix-all, just one calm thing in my toolkit. Plus it's adorable, which helps.
better than expected
This little slow-rise squishy helps quiet my head before bed. Five stars from me.
great with a tiny caveat
Really like this little squishy — it lives on my nightstand now. Only thing, it’s a bit smaller than I pictured. Still using it daily.
love it
Didn’t think a slow-rise squishy would do much, but it helps quiet my head before bed.

faint smell at first, fine after a day
Out of the package there was a light foam-y smell — nothing harsh, but noticeable the first day. Left it out overnight and it was gone by morning. Apart from that the Matcha Bun is exactly what I wanted, soft matte skin and a nice unhurried rise. Knocking one star purely for that first-day smell, otherwise a sweet little desk companion.
lovely little thing
my anxiety is easier to sit with when this is in my hand.
quietest fidget i own
open-plan office, headphones-on kind of job, and i needed something that wouldn't click or rattle. this is genuinely silent. squish, watch it rise, repeat. nobody around me even knows i'm doing it.
does the job
Keeps my hands busy during lectures without anyone noticing. Love it.

Gave it to my nephew and it was a hit. Might order one for myself.
best $13 I've spent on my desk
Wasn't expecting much for the price but this punches way above it. The pleats and the little folded shape are so well done, and the slow rise is properly slow — I counted close to five seconds. I work from home and keep it next to my keyboard for screen breaks. The Peach Bun pink is muted and pretty, not garish.
great little fidget
My restlessness is easier to sit with when this is in my hand.

my daughter is obsessed and so am I
Picked this up for my 9-year-old who's into all things kawaii. She loves the bun shape but I'll admit I steal it for my own restless hands during work calls. Lightweight, fits a pocket, totally silent so I can fidget on a call without the mic catching it. Good value for what you pay.
not quite for me
Wanted to love it but there was a faint smell the first day that aired out. The idea is good and it looked great, just didn’t hold up the way I hoped.

6 questions answered by our team and buyers
Ask a questionWould this work for an autistic adult who needs sensory input?
Honest answer: it helps a lot of people, and we won't pretend it's magic. Having something to squish with your hands can take the edge off restlessness, stress or the urge to fidget, and many of our customers find that genuinely steadying. It is a supportive tool though, not a treatment or a cure. If you're navigating a diagnosis, a professional is the right person to guide that.
Helps me more than I expected. mostly it just gives my hands a better job than picking at my nails.
Would this make a good gift?
It's one of our most-gifted toys. If you're not certain they'll bond with this exact one, the Calm Starter Bundle lets them find their own favourite, and everything arrives ready to give.

How fast is shipping?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days with tracking, and US orders over $35 ship free. You'll get a tracking email the moment it's on the way.
Can I clean it if it gets grubby?
