Roll & Squeeze Mesh Marble Fidget
Silent, slim focus for meetings, lectures, and reading
Pop & Sensory Fidgets
A soft-silicone push-pop board with rows of gently popping bubbles. Press, flip, repeat for endless, low-key sensory calm.
Hush Pop is the simplest kind of satisfying. Press a bubble and it pops through to the other side with a soft, gentle bubble-wrap feel; flip the board and start again. There's literally no way to finish, which is exactly why busy hands love it. That endless press-and-flip motion gives nervous energy a quiet, repeatable outlet and a busy mind a simple rhythm to settle into, making it a go-to for anxiety, focus and winding down. We chose a soft, muted-tone food-grade silicone and a calmer, lower-volume pop than the loud rainbow versions, so it works on a desk, in a waiting room or on the couch without making a scene. It's washable, durable and reusable forever: no batteries, no refills, no mess. Tuck it in a bag, keep it by the keyboard, or hand it to a restless kid: Hush Pop turns fidgety moments into calm ones, one soft pop at a time.
Soft, non-toxic food-grade silicone. BPA- and phthalate-free, EN71 tested.
Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse and air dry fully. Dishwasher-safe on the top rack. Keep away from sharp objects that could nick the silicone.

great with a tiny caveat
really like this pop-it — it helps me focus on calls. Only thing, the silicone grabs dust. Still using it daily.
Update: two months in and still going
Original review was a cautious four — I wasn't sure the quiet pop would hold my attention. Update after two months: it absolutely has, and I've bumped it up. It's the one fidget I reach for without thinking now, mostly at my desk and on the couch winding down at night. The silicone hasn't torn or stretched out at all with daily use. Does grab a bit of lint but a rinse sorts that. For ten dollars I've more than got my money's worth.
really good, one small thing
Really like this push-pop — it takes the edge off when I’m wound up. Only thing, the pop is softer than I expected. Still using it daily.
calm in the palm
A few weeks in and it’s still in my pocket daily. No notes, love it.
good, minor niggle
Really like this push-pop — it is so satisfying to squish. Only thing, it’s still faintly audible in a silent room. Still using it daily.
my new favorite
Keeps my hands busy in waiting rooms without anyone noticing. Love it.
so worth it
So soft and the press-and-flip is genuinely satisfying. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
the quiet one I'd been hunting for
Spent a while looking for a push-pop that wouldn't annoy my whole household, and this is it. Press is soft, flip it and go again, no clatter. My partner can't even tell I'm using it on the other end of the couch. Sea Glass colour is a calm muted green, looks nice left out on the side table. Easy yes.
lovely little thing
Bought one, already ordered another. It settles my hands when I’m anxious.
calm in the palm
My anxiety is easier to sit with when this is in my hand.
love it
Is so satisfying to squish. Silent too, which is the main thing for me.
a bit let down
Wanted to love it but it’s still faintly audible in a silent room. The idea is good and it looked great, just didn’t hold up the way I hoped. In waiting rooms.
travels well
Light, flat, and it lives in the seat pocket of my carry-on. Quiet enough that I can fidget through a red-eye without bothering the person next to me. No batteries to worry about at security either. Sky blue one, holding up great after a few trips.
does the job
Bought one, already ordered another. It stopped me reaching for my phone.
good, minor niggle
Really like this pop board — it helps me feel a bit calmer. Only thing, the pop is softer than I expected. Still using it daily.
exactly as described
A few weeks in and it’s still my favourite. Exactly what I hoped for.
the soft pop is the whole appeal
I have a couple of the loud rainbow ones and honestly they're too much for the office. This is exactly the calmer version I was hoping existed. The bubbles give just enough resistance and then a soft give-through, and flipping it to start over is weirdly soothing. Got Soft Sunset. It's become my fidget of choice during long video calls.
does the job
Helps me feel a bit calmer. Silent too, which is the main thing for me.
happy overall
Really like this pop board — it helps me focus on calls. Only thing, the silicone grabs dust. Still using it daily.
great little fidget
Got the Sky and it’s even prettier in person. Better than I expected.
kept me steady before a presentation
Wasn't expecting much for ten bucks but this has earned its spot in my bag. I ran my thumb across the rows in the hallway before a big pitch and it took the edge off the nerves enough to walk in steady. Soft and quiet, exactly as described. Only gripe is the bubbles don't all pop back through with the same effort — a couple in the middle rows are noticeably stiffer than the rest, so the motion isn't perfectly even. Minor, but enough to keep it off a perfect score for me.
it’s okay
The push-pop is genuinely nice, but it’s still faintly audible in a silent room. It’s fine, just landed in the middle for me.
calm in the palm
my roommate asked me to order them their own. That says it all.
good, minor niggle
Really like this push-pop — it keeps my hands busy so I can actually listen. Only thing, the silicone grabs dust. Still using it daily.
love it
No notes, love it. Keeps my hands busy so I can actually listen.
buy it
Better made than the cheap ones online — this one actually lasts.

really like this pop board — it helps me sit still in meetings. Only thing, the pop is softer than I expected. Still using it daily.
calm in the palm
Gave it to my granddaughter and it was a hit. Might order one for myself.
soft and endless
press, flip, repeat, forever. my hands love it and my brain settles into the rhythm. so soft.
buy it
My stress is easier to sit with when this is in my hand.
good and not-so-good
The pop-it is genuinely nice, but the pop is softer than I expected. It’s fine, just landed in the middle for me.
kids love it, I'm lukewarm
My two both took to it straight away and that part I'm glad about — it keeps them occupied in waiting rooms without the racket their other toys make. For me though it's a bit underwhelming as an adult fidget; I wanted more of a tactile snap and this is very gentle, almost soft to the point of being forgettable. Good kids' toy at the price, just not the one for me personally.
not quite for me
Wanted to love it but it’s still faintly audible in a silent room. The idea is good and it looked great, just didn’t hold up the way I hoped.
calm in the palm
Use it in class every day. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
lovely, just wanted a touch more pop
To be clear I knew this was the quiet one going in, and for the most part that's exactly what I wanted for using it at my desk. Just being honest — every so often I do miss the satisfying snap of the louder bubble poppers. The Sea Glass colour is gorgeous and the silicone feels properly food-grade, not cheap. Still using it daily, it just sits at a four for me rather than a five.
love it
Settles my hands when I’m anxious. Silent too, which is the main thing for me.
great with a tiny caveat
Really like this push-pop — it gives my nervous energy somewhere to go. Only thing, the pop is softer than I expected. Still using it daily.
needs a wash more than you'd think
Does the job and the pop really is gentle, which suits using it on the couch in the evenings while the telly's on. Only knock is the silicone attracts every bit of dust and fluff in the house. I keep it in a little zip bag now between uses, which mostly fixes it. Still happy with it for the money.
so soft
Quiet, calming, perfect for on flights. Better than I expected.
almost perfect
Really like this push-pop — it feels amazing in the hand. Only thing, the pop is softer than I expected. Still using it daily.
calm in the palm
My husband asked me to order them their own. That says it all.
lovely little thing
honestly didn’t expect much for the price and it helps me focus on calls.
calm corner staple
Bought four of these for the calm corner in my third-grade classroom and they have held up to a full semester of small hands. The pop is gentle enough that a kid can use one at their desk without the rest of the table turning around. We've got Lavender and Sky. Easy to wipe down on a Friday too.
good for the back-to-back days
About 12cm so it fits flat under my hand on the desk. I've got ADHD and the constant press-and-flip keeps my hands busy through meetings I'd otherwise zone out of completely. It's not a cure for anything but it's become one of the things that helps me stay in the room. Quieter than I expected, which my deskmate appreciates.
hooked
couldn’t be happier. Is so satisfying to squish.
great with a tiny caveat
really like this pop-it — it stopped me reaching for my phone. Only thing, it’s still faintly audible in a silent room. Still using it daily.
for restless hands at the dinner table
Bought this for my grandson who can't sit still, and it's been a quiet little miracle at family dinners — he presses away under the table and nobody's bothered because you can hardly hear it. I've caught myself using it too while I'm on the phone. Soft as anything and it washed up fine in the top of the dishwasher.
so soft
got the Lavender and it’s even prettier in person. Worth it.
classroom win
I teach middle school and a couple of my anxious kids ask for this one by name now. The lower volume means I can hand it to a student mid-lesson without it becoming a whole thing. Durable, washable, and the muted colours don't scream toy so the older kids don't feel babied holding it.
so soft
Keep one before bed and another at school. Worth it.
love it
My best friend asked me to order them their own. That says it all.
great with a tiny caveat
Really like this pop-it — it takes the edge off when I’m wound up. Only thing, the pop is softer than I expected. Still using it daily.
my new favorite
this little pop board settles my hands when I’m anxious. Five stars from me.
finally one I can use in meetings
I work in an open-plan office and the rainbow pop-its my coworker has drive everyone up the wall. This one is so much quieter — there's a soft press-and-flip rhythm and almost no click. I keep the Sea Glass one by my keyboard and run my thumb down the rows during long calls. Nobody's noticed it once, which is the whole point.
my new favorite
didn’t think a push-pop would do much, but it is so satisfying to squish.
too quiet for what I wanted
This is on me for not reading closely, but I bought a pop-it because I like the loud, satisfying snap, and this one barely makes a sound. The press feels mushy rather than poppy to me — there's no real payoff at the end. The silicone quality itself is fine and it arrived in good shape, so it's not defective, it's just clearly built for people who want the opposite of what I want. Returning it for a louder one.
love it
Use it at my desk every day. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
not quite for me
Wanted to love it but the pop is softer than I expected. The idea is good and it looked great, just didn’t hold up the way I hoped.
swapped it for my phone
11pm, brain doing laps, normally I'd be doom-scrolling. Now I keep this on the nightstand and just work my way across the bubbles in the dark. The soft pop doesn't wake my wife and it gives me something to do with my hands until I actually feel sleepy. Genuinely helps me wind down. Got the Sky colour — muted blue, looks nice too.
decent for the price
the push-pop is genuinely nice, but the pop is softer than I expected. It’s fine, just landed in the middle for me.

does the job

second one I've ordered
First one went to my niece and she wouldn't give it back, so here we are. The press is soft and consistent and there's no weird chemical smell out of the bag, which I half expected at this price. This time I got Lavender for myself. No regrets.
great in shared spaces, picks up lint
Bought this specifically because I wanted something I could use in our therapist's waiting room without making a scene, and on that count it's perfect — the pop is genuinely muted. The one thing nobody warns you about with soft silicone is that it grabs lint and pocket dust like a magnet. The Soft Sunset shows every bit of it. A quick wash sorts it out but I'm doing that more often than I'd like.
great little fidget
Keep one during lectures and another at work. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
so soft
keeps my hands busy on the couch without anyone noticing. Love it.
great little fidget
Didn’t think a pop-it would do much, but it stopped me reaching for my phone.
good toy, faintly audible in a silent room
Mixed feelings. The silicone is genuinely nice and the endless flip thing is satisfying — no complaints on build quality at $9.99. But the marketing leans hard on how silent it is, and in a totally quiet room you can still hear a faint pop with each press. Fine at a desk with background noise, less so if you wanted something truly inaudible for, say, a quiet library shift. Just calibrate your expectations.
my daughter took it the second it arrived
Smaller than I pictured but lovely and soft, and she hasn't put it down.

8 questions answered by our team and buyers
Ask a questionDoes this genuinely help with ADHD focus, or is it just a toy?
Honest answer: it helps a lot of people, and we won't pretend it's magic. Having something to press with your hands can take the edge off restlessness, stress or the urge to fidget, and many of our customers find that genuinely steadying. It is a supportive tool though, not a treatment or a cure. If you're navigating a diagnosis, a professional is the right person to guide that.
Not a cure obviously, but it's become part of how I get through tense afternoons. Worth a try.
How fast is shipping?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days with tracking, and US orders over $35 ship free. You'll get a tracking email the moment it's on the way.
Is this safe for kids? Wondering about my 7 year old.
Age guidance is 3+, so it's one of our most little-one friendly toys. We'd still keep an eye on toddlers as with any toy.
Does it hold up over time, or does the push-pop wear out?
Made from soft, non-toxic food-grade silicone, it's built for daily handling, and plenty of customers have used theirs every day for well over a year. A quick wipe now and then keeps it at its best.
Is the Hush Pop actually quiet enough to use in shared spaces?
Its noise level is soft, gentle pop, so it's discreet in most rooms but you would just about hear it in total silence. If you need truly silent, our slow-rise squishies or the worry stone are a better match.
Can I clean it if it gets grubby?
Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse and air dry fully. Nothing fussy, and it freshens right up.
What is it made of? I'm checking for allergies.
Soft, non-toxic food-grade silicone. There's no latex. The full materials note is on this page, and if you have a specific sensitivity just email us before you order and we'll confirm.
How big is it really? It's hard to judge the scale from photos.
It's about Approx. 12 cm square. It sits comfortably in an adult palm and tucks into a bag or pocket easily. The full dimensions are in the details table on this page.
