Drift Jellyfish Glitter Squishy
Slow-melt calm for anxious moments and 2 a.m. overthinking
Squishies & Slow-Rising Toys
A soft, slow-rising avocado squishy with a smooth pit to press your thumb into. A worry-stone moment hidden inside a squish.
Avo is the calmest thing in the fruit bowl. Press the soft flesh and it eases slowly back to its rounded shape, the way memory foam fills in again after you lift your hand. The smooth domed pit sits right under your thumb, a little worry-stone built into a squishy, there for the slow back-and-forth your hands reach for without thinking. There's something about the unhurried rise that is easy to watch and sink into, which is why it's a favourite for anxious afternoons, sensory breaks and bedtime. The matte skin is gentle for long, idle fidgeting, and the sleepy little face earns it a permanent spot on the desk. Silent, pocketable, and ready whenever your hands need somewhere to go.
Slow-rising polyurethane (PU) foam with a soft matte skin and non-toxic printed detailing. BPA- and phthalate-free.
Spot-clean with a barely-damp cloth and air dry fully; never soak foam squishies. Keep away from heat, oils and sharp edges. Not food-safe; keep away from mouths.

love it
My granddaughter asked me to order them their own. That says it all.
anxious-afternoon staple
this is one part of my toolkit for the 3pm anxiety dip and it pulls its weight. the unhurried rise gives my hands something steady to focus on while my head sorts itself out. love that its silent so nobody at work knows im fidgeting. only thing, mine had the tiniest whiff of foam smell out of the box but it was gone by the next day.
my new favorite
Quiet, calming, perfect for on the train. Couldn’t be happier.
update after two months
Came back to revise this because I expected the novelty to wear off and it just hasn't. Bought it during a rough patch with panic stuff and it became my go-to thing to hold in the therapist's waiting room — the slow press-and-rise is grounding in a way I can't fully explain. Two months of daily use and the pit's still snug, no smell, matte skin's barely marked. It's not a fix for anything, just a small reliable comfort I'm glad lives in my bag. The little sleepy face honestly helps too.
almost perfect
really like this slow-rise squishy — it gives my nervous energy somewhere to go. Only thing, mine arrived with a small crease that mostly settled. Still using it daily.
buy it
Got the Golden Avocado and it’s even prettier in person. So glad I bought it.
really good, one small thing
Really like this squishy — it lives on my nightstand now. Only thing, there was a faint smell the first day that aired out. Still using it daily.
great with a tiny caveat
really like this slow-rise squishy — it scratches the sensory itch just right. Only thing, there was a faint smell the first day that aired out. Still using it daily.
calm in the palm
Before bed this is exactly what my hands needed. Couldn’t be happier.
keeps my hands off my phone
I reach for this instead of doom-scrolling now, which honestly was the goal. Sits on my nightstand and I do the slow press a few times before bed. Takes the edge off the racing-brain thing just enough to drift. Matte skin feels nice, not sticky like cheaper ones.
nice idea, the two halves separate
Mixed feelings. The squish itself is genuinely good — soft, slow, the breathing-pacing thing is real and I get why people like it. But after a couple weeks of normal fidgeting the pit piece and the avocado flesh started coming apart at the seam, and now the pit pops out if I press at an angle. It goes back in but it's loose enough that I worry about losing it. For twelve bucks I expected the join to hold better. Wanted to love it more than I do.
perfect exam-season desk buddy
11pm, three days before finals, brain spiraling — this thing actually helped me sit still long enough to study. Something about watching it ease back into shape between flashcards. It's about 9cm so it fills my palm without being a desk hog. Golden Avocado colourway is prettier in person than the photos. Pit's still firmly attached after a month of heavy use, no complaints there.
hooked
A few weeks in and it’s still in my pocket daily. No notes, love it.
not for me
Disappointed. There was a faint smell the first day that aired out, and for me that’s the whole point of the squishy. Yours might be fine, mine wasn’t.
better than expected
Honestly didn’t expect much for the price and it lives on my nightstand now.
soft as advertised
Bought it as a stocking-filler joke for my avocado-toast-obsessed sister and now I kind of want my own. She texted me a video of it slowly puffing back up.
so soft
My best friend is obsessed with this slow-rise squishy — hasn’t put it down.
my new favorite
My anxiety is easier to sit with when this is in my hand.
love it
bought one, already ordered another. It takes the edge off when I’m wound up.
smaller than I pictured
Cute as anything and the slow-rise is super satisfying, but it's noticeably smaller than it looked online — I'd built up an image of something palm-filling and it's daintier than that. Once I adjusted my expectations I really like it; it tucks into a coat pocket easily, which the bigger version of my imagination wouldn't have. The pit-pressing is weirdly meditative during my commute.

calm in the palm
Honestly didn’t expect much for the price and it is so satisfying to squish.
my classroom calm corner approves
I teach third grade and keep a few fidgets in our calm corner. This one's become the most-requested — the kids love pressing the pit and watching the dent fill back in, and crucially it makes zero noise so it doesn't derail the room. Wiped it down with a damp cloth between hands and the matte finish held up fine. Ordered a second so there's no fighting over it.
so worth it
Got the Golden Avocado and it’s even prettier in person. Better than I expected.
decent for the price
The slow-rise squishy is genuinely nice, but mine arrived with a small crease that mostly settled. It’s fine, just landed in the middle for me.
my new favorite
Better made than the cheap ones online — this one actually lasts.
lovely squish, mind the pit
Genuinely calming during my evening wind-down — the slow rise really does slow your breathing if you let it. One thing worth flagging: the domed pit popped loose from the flesh on day four. It pushes back in fine and still works, but I can tell it'll eventually go missing if I'm not careful. Faint plasticky smell the first day too that aired out by morning. Still glad I bought it, just wouldn't hand it to a rough toddler.
lovely little thing

On flights this is exactly what my hands needed. Exactly what I hoped for.

great little fidget
Quiet, calming, perfect for during lectures. Couldn’t be happier.

the pit is the whole point
Everyone fixates on the squish but for me it's that little domed pit under my thumb. I sit on calls all day and just do the slow back-and-forth over it without even noticing, and somewhere around the third meeting I realize my shoulders have dropped. The 4-ish second rise is exactly slow enough to be hypnotic. Got the Classic Avocado and the sleepy face genuinely makes me smile every time I glance down. Silent too, which my open-plan office thanks me for.
so soft
Keep one on flights and another on flights. Worth it.

Disappointed. The printed face fades a little with handling, and for me that’s the whole point of the squishy. Yours might be fine, mine wasn’t.

3 questions answered by our team and buyers
Ask a questionIs the Avo Slow-Rise actually quiet enough to use in meetings?
Completely silent, yes. No clicks, no pops, nothing for anyone to notice. It's one of the toys we specifically recommend for meetings, classrooms and quiet offices.
How big is it really? It's hard to judge the scale from photos.
It's about Approx. 9 cm. It sits comfortably in an adult palm and tucks into a bag or pocket easily. The full dimensions are in the details table on this page.
Would this work for an autistic adult who needs sensory input?
Honest answer: it helps a lot of people, and we won't pretend it's magic. Having something to squish with your hands can take the edge off restlessness, stress or the urge to fidget, and many of our customers find that genuinely steadying. It is a supportive tool though, not a treatment or a cure. If you're navigating a diagnosis, a professional is the right person to guide that.
Helps me more than I expected. mostly it just gives my hands a better job than picking at my nails.
