Roll & Squeeze Mesh Marble Fidget
Silent, slim focus for meetings, lectures, and reading
Pocket & EDC Fidgets
A smooth, palm-warmed worry stone with a thumb-shaped dip worn into the middle: the oldest, quietest way to settle a restless hand.
Long before fidget toys, there was the worry stone. Ours is a smooth, flat oval that warms in your palm, with a gentle thumb-shaped hollow in the centre, so your thumb finds it without looking and slides back and forth in a slow, grounding rhythm. It's the quietest thing we make: no clicks, no pops, nothing for anyone to notice, just the cool-then-warm weight of it settling into your hand. Keep it in a pocket for the moments that ask for something steadier: a waiting room, a hard conversation, the walk before something stressful. Smooth, durable and pleasingly heavy for its size, it's a small, honest anchor you can carry for years.
Smooth polished resin (some colorways natural stone) with a non-toxic finish and a worn thumb hollow.
Wipe with a soft cloth; a drop of mild soap and water clears any grime, then dry. Keep it from hard drops onto tile. Store in a pocket or pouch to keep the polish.

bought one for myself, ended up gifting two more
I'm 68 and not really the fidget-toy demographic, but my hands get restless in the evenings and this has been a quiet little comfort. The thumb hollow is the whole trick — you don't even have to look, your thumb just goes there. Got the Amethyst. My daughter saw it, liked it, so I sent her one and one to my sister who's been having a rough stretch. Pocket-sized, no batteries, nothing to break, and it actually feels nice to hold rather than like plastic. The kind of small thing you end up keeping for years.
love it
this little worry stone gives my nervous energy somewhere to go. Five stars from me.
helped me keep my hands off my skin
Been trying to quit picking at my fingers for years and the thing that's actually moved the needle is having something better to do with my hands. When I feel the urge I reach for this instead — the back-and-forth in the groove gives me the same kind of repetitive thing without the damage. It's not magic and I still slip, but I slip a lot less. Keeps a low profile too, sat at my desk nobody's the wiser. Sea Glass.
so soft
My restlessness is easier to sit with when this is in my hand.
lovely little thing
A few weeks in and it’s still in my pocket daily. Exactly what I hoped for.
my new favorite
keep one at work and another in the car. Exactly what I hoped for.
lovely, just smaller than the photos suggest
Going to be honest, when it arrived I thought they'd sent the wrong thing — it's about 4.5cm, which the listing does say, but in my head I'd pictured something palm-filling and this is more thumb-and-two-fingers. Once I got over that it's actually really nice. The hollow is worn in exactly right so your thumb just falls into it, and the polish is gorgeous (Amethyst). Use it on the train mostly. I do wish it had a touch more heft — at 40g it's pleasant but I'd have happily carried double. Still glad I bought it, just measure your hand against a 50p first.
hooked
Honestly didn’t expect much for the price and it scratches the sensory itch just right.
decent for the price
The worry stone is genuinely nice, but smaller than I expected. It’s fine, just landed in the middle for me.
does the job
Didn’t think a thumb stone would do much, but it gives my nervous energy somewhere to go.
the quiet I needed in that waiting room
My husband had his scans last month and I spent a lot of hours in hospital chairs not knowing what to do with my hands. The Slate one sat in my coat pocket and I just kept finding that little dip with my thumb, back and forth, while we waited. Nobody around me could tell I was doing anything at all, which mattered more than I expected. It warms up after a minute and there's a real weight to it for something so small. I've carried worry beads for years but this is steadier, somehow. Grateful for it.
does the job
Bought one, already ordered another. It helps me feel a bit calmer.
buy it
Keeps my hands busy at my desk without anyone noticing. Love it.
not quite for me
Wanted to love it but smaller than I expected. The idea is good and it looked great, just didn’t hold up the way I hoped.
so soft
My fidgeting is easier to sit with when this is in my hand.
so worth it
So soft and the slow glide of the thumb is genuinely satisfying. No notes, love it.
lovely little thing
Gave it to my little brother and it was a hit. Might order one for myself.
carried it through a hard year
Update after about five months: my therapist suggested I find a grounding object I could keep on me, something physical to come back to when my head runs off. I picked this mostly because it looked like nothing — no one at work has any idea it's a fidget. The cool-then-warm thing she talked about is real; you hold it a minute and it stops feeling like a cold pebble and starts feeling like part of your hand. It's one small piece of the toolkit but it's the piece I actually use. Rose colorway, by the way, looks like a stone someone found on a beach rather than a 'product,' which I appreciate.
really good, one small thing
Really like this thumb stone — it scratches the sensory itch just right. Only thing, I wish it were a touch heavier. Still using it daily.
hooked
So soft and the slow glide of the thumb is genuinely satisfying. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
nice object but I expected actual stone
Bit of a mixed bag for me. I ordered specifically because I wanted a real natural stone to carry, and the Slate one I got is clearly polished resin — light, slightly warm to the touch right out of the box rather than that cold mineral feel. It's well made and the thumb dip is genuinely comforting, I'll give it that, and silent which I wanted. But the materials line does say 'some colorways natural stone,' so I'd assumed mine would be. That's on me partly, but a heads-up on which is which at checkout would help. Functional, just not what I pictured.

Honestly didn’t expect much for the price and it feels amazing in the hand.

calm in the palm
A coworker is obsessed with this thumb stone — hasn’t put it down.
almost perfect
Really like this thumb stone — it genuinely calms me down. Only thing, I wish it were a touch heavier. Still using it daily.
silent enough for standups
Wanted something I could use during meetings without the clicky-poppy stuff drawing eyes. This is genuinely silent — thumb slides in the groove and that's it, no noise. Got Sea Glass, the color's lovely. Slips right into a jeans pocket and I forget it's there until I need it.
great with a tiny caveat
Really like this worry stone — it takes the edge off when I’m wound up. Only thing, smaller than I expected. Still using it daily.
better than expected
Keeps my hands busy during lectures without anyone noticing. Love it.

Ask a questionWould this work for an autistic adult who needs sensory input?
Honest answer: it helps a lot of people, and we won't pretend it's magic. Having something to rub with your hands can take the edge off restlessness, stress or the urge to fidget, and many of our customers find that genuinely steadying. It is a supportive tool though, not a treatment or a cure. If you're navigating a diagnosis, a professional is the right person to guide that.
Helps me more than I expected. mostly it just gives my hands a better job than picking at my nails.
How big is it really? It's hard to judge the scale from photos.
It's about Approx. 4.5 cm. It sits comfortably in an adult palm and tucks into a bag or pocket easily. The full dimensions are in the details table on this page.
